DRAWING STUDIO

About us Hemi Studio - Creative development of children through art in Delhi

Hemi Studio is a unique space where children are immersed in the fascinating world of creativity and art. Our studio was created so that every child could express themselves through colors, lines and shapes, discover their talent and feel the joy of self-expression.

We believe that art helps children develop creative thinking, self-confidence and imagination. In our studio, we offer courses for children from 3 years old, dividing them by age and level of training. Our teachers help children learn to work with different materials, explore artistic styles and try their hand at different art directions.

Our Story

Hemi Studio was born from a dream to create a space in Delhi where children could develop their creativity, find joy in art and learn self-expression. The studio was founded by two friends, Aarya and Kabir, professional artists and educators who had been working with children for many years and noticed how art helps them grow, overcome difficulties and become more confident.

Aarya and Kabir dreamed of creating a place where learning art would be more than just a set of techniques and rules. They wanted every child to be able to open up and find their voice in art. Thus, the idea of Hemi Studio was born - a unique space where art is taught with warmth, attention and respect for the individuality of each child.

At the very beginning, Hemi was a small studio with a few courses, but every year the interest in our classes grew. Gradually, we expanded the program, invited new talented teachers, developed unique master classes and created new opportunities for creative development of children. The studio has become a place where whole families come, and we are proud to see how our students take their first steps in a creative career or simply find pleasure in art.

Today, our studio is not just a drawing studio. It is a community where children, parents and teachers unite to explore the world of art together, create and support each other. We strive to expand boundaries and provide children with the opportunity to reveal themselves, inspired by culture and art, so that they can confidently follow their creative path.

Hemi continues to grow and develop, maintaining the main goal: to help children believe in themselves, develop and find happiness in every brushstroke, in every line and color.

Hemi Programs

Our program is designed so that every child can find something to do to their liking and unleash their creative potential:

Basics of Drawing and Painting: in this course, children learn to work with color, composition and form, creating their first paintings.

Graphics and Illustration: this course develops pencil and charcoal drawing skills, teaches how to convey emotions and create illustrations.

Sculpture and Modeling: modeling classes help children develop tactile perception, spatial thinking and find creative solutions.

Thematic Master Classes

Every week at Hemi Studio we hold themed workshops where children can explore new styles and techniques, expand their creative horizons and create original works. These classes are suitable for children of different ages and skill levels, and offer unique ideas and approaches to art.

What makes our teachers unique?

Professional artists and teachers: each member of the Hemi team is an artist with an extensive portfolio and knowledge of various techniques and styles. Our teachers are constantly improving, participating in exhibitions and creative projects, which allows them to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to classes.

Experience working with children of different ages: each child is unique, and our pedagogical approach is adapted to the age and needs of the students. The teachers of our studio have extensive experience working with both younger and older children, and know how to find an approach to each age. For little ones, they create a playful atmosphere where drawing becomes an exciting adventure, and for older children - a space for self-expression and experimentation.

Support and individual approach: our team understands how important it is to support the creative development of each child. We don't just teach technique, we also strive to unlock creativity, working with each child at their own unique pace. Teachers give the child the opportunity to express themselves, gently guiding them and helping them gain confidence.

Ability to engage and motivate: our main principle is to make learning interesting. Our studio's teachers turn classes into an exciting journey, using a variety of formats, materials and techniques. They instill an interest in art through inspiring examples, stories about great artists, participation in the creation of collective works and help in developing each child's own style.

Attention to detail and a safe atmosphere: for us, not only the technical side of training is important, but also the emotional state of our students. Each teacher ensures that children are comfortable, safe and have a pleasant time in the studio. We always maintain a friendly and cozy atmosphere, where the child feels important and capable of great discoveries.

Modern equipment of our studio

At Hemi, we pay great attention to the quality and safety of materials and equipment so that every child can be creative in a comfortable and safe environment. Our studio is equipped with everything necessary for full-fledged training in various types of art, and we regularly update the equipment, following modern standards.

What is included in the Hemi studio equipment?

Professional art materials: we use high-quality paints, pencils, pastels, markers and brushes, specially selected for different ages and skill levels. These materials are safe, hypoallergenic and have quality certificates, which is especially important for classes with small children.

Spacious easels and work tables: we have comfortable easels for painting and ergonomic work tables, where each child can sit comfortably, whether working with watercolors, pastels, pencils or acrylics. Tables and easels are height-adjustable, which is especially convenient for children of different ages.

Sculpting and modeling zones: for working with clay, plasticine and other materials, we have special zones with safe tools for sculpting and modeling. This area has all the necessary materials, including plaster, clay and molding tools, so that children can create their three-dimensional projects.

Technology and multimedia: the studio is equipped with a projector and a screen for demonstrating educational materials, videos and presentations. We use multimedia technologies to introduce children to world masterpieces and to learn new techniques. This allows us to make classes more interactive and varied.

Safe zones and ventilation: the studio has a ventilation system that provides clean air even when using specific art materials. All zones are equipped for the safety of children - the floors are covered with non-slip materials, and the work areas have a special coating that protects against damage and light contamination.

Access to a variety of materials: in our studio, children have the opportunity to work with textiles, natural materials, paper for collages and decoration, sand and even neon paint to create spectacular works. This allows them to try out different techniques and expand their understanding of art.

Space for exhibitions and displays: We are proud of our students and organize small exhibitions inside the studio, where children can display their works. Special stands and hanging systems allow for a beautiful exhibition and inspire children to new creative achievements.

Modern equipment in our studio is not only comfort and safety, but also the opportunity to provide children with access to high-quality materials and a professional approach to learning. We strive to create an environment where every child can feel like an artist and comfortably do what they love.

Individual approach

Each child is unique, and each has their own pace and style of learning. Our task is to support this diversity and create conditions in which everyone can develop at a comfortable pace, taking into account their level of training and personal interests. An individual approach is the basis of our philosophy, and it is expressed in every aspect of our classes.

How do we implement an individual approach?

Determining the level of preparation: before the start of classes, we conduct a short introductory test to understand the child's initial skills and interests. This allows us to offer a suitable course and level of difficulty, whether it is a basic course for beginners or more complex classes for those who already have artistic experience.

Personal communication and support: Hemi teachers pay attention to each child, striving to understand their interests and hobbies. We maintain open communication with children so that they feel comfortable and confident, ask questions and share ideas. Thanks to this, each student feels heard and understands that their opinion is important.

A learning pace that suits the child: children develop differently, and we take this into account, allowing everyone to move at their own pace. If your child needs more time to master a technique or a specific task, our teacher will be happy to provide additional explanations and examples. On the contrary, for more advanced students, we offer additional creative tasks and more complex projects to help them move forward.

Variety of tasks and personalization of projects: we create learning tasks that match children's interests. For example, if a child is fascinated by animals, we will offer them to create a project related to their favorite species or characters to make the learning process exciting. This approach helps children express themselves and allows them to see the results of their efforts in what they are really interested in.

Support for personal style and self-expression: in our studio, we do not require strict adherence to rules, but, on the contrary, encourage creative experiments and the search for their own style. Teachers help children try new techniques, but always support freedom of expression. This allows each student to find a unique way to express themselves through art and create something truly their own.

Regular reports and feedback for parents: we understand that it is important for parents to see their child's progress. That's why our teachers regularly provide reports and share the child's progress, noting their achievements and pointing out new steps in development. This helps parents see how their child is growing and developing, and maintain their interest in their studies.

The individual approach at Hemi studio is more than just adapting to the pace of learning. We strive to create an atmosphere of trust and support, where a child can reveal their potential, feel confident and understand that art is a space for freedom and self-expression. Thanks to this approach, each child in our studio grows at their own pace, inspired by new achievements and enjoying creativity.
